At Clevisco, customer satisfaction is our priority. Enjoy free returns and full refunds if you don't love your item or if it's not as described. For products damaged after delivery, we reserve the right to reduce refunds by up to 100% based on inspection.

Return Process:

1. Log into me.clevisco.ae with your registered email
2. Select the order and click "Return" in the top right corner
3. Our delivery partner will collect your return within 2 business days
4. Receive refund based on product condition within 7-14 business days

Refund Conditions:

• Full Refunds: Given for unused items in original packaging, not-as-described products, or change of mind within 30 days
• Reduced Refunds: Damaged items may receive partial refunds (up to 100% deduction) based on inspection
• Non-Refundable: Customized/perishable goods and items purchased >30 days ago

Return Shipping:

• First collection attempt: FREE from original delivery address
• Address changes/subsequent missed collections: 20 AED fee per occurrence (deducted from refund)

Refund Options:

Choose your preferred method: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Credit/Debit Card refund.

Gift Returns:
