Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds - Love It or Your Money Back!

At Clevisco, we want you to love our products as much as we do! If you're not entirely satisfied, no worries - simply return the unopened item within 30 days with your receipt. We'll provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process:

1. Log into me.clevisco.ae with your email.
2. Select the order you want to return & click "Return" on the top right corner.
3. Our delivery partner will pick up your order within 2 days.
4. You'll receive a full/partial refund based on the product's condition within 7-14 Business Days.

Multiple Refund Options:

We value your convenience! Refunds are provided through Cash, Bank transfer, or refunded to your credit/debit card.

No Pressure - Try Before You Commit:

Our products are designed for YOU to love and enjoy, risk-free! Use them for 30 days - if you love our idea, only then pay. If not, no worries! Return the product in usable condition, and we'll issue a full refund.

Easy Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. Inform us via email or the "one-click return" form on clevisco.com/support.

Conditions for Returns:

Please ensure:

• Goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
• Goods are in the original packaging.
• Customized or perishable goods cannot be returned.

Return Shipping:

First attempt to return collection(of product) is FREE from the original delivery address to Clevisco Warehouses. If the delivery/pickup address is different, the customer covers shipping(20AED Shipping Fee). 20AED Fee applies after the first missed collection attempt of return product. This 20 AED fee will deducted from the total refund amount. 20 AED fee applies on each subsequent event.

Gift Returns:

Gifts are covered too! If marked as a gift, receive a gift credit for your return.
