Welcome to Clevisco! Here's all you need to know about our shipping and delivery process. All products are shipped out from UAE:
Your Options:
- For Orders less than 99AED Standard 2 Day Shipping (1-2 Business Days): 15AED.
- For Orders more than 99AED Standard 2 Day Shipping (1-2 Buisness Days) : 7.5AED
Note: remote areas outside city centers will take atleast 5 business days to delivery
Important Information:
- Third-Party Supplier: Sometimes, a third-party supplier may handle our inventory and shipping.
- Delivery Estimates: While we provide delivery estimates in good faith, please note they are approximate.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
Delayed Delivery:
- In the rare event of a delay, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised delivery estimate.
Returns:
- For returns, kindly review our Return Policy here: https://clevisco.ae/policies/refund-policy. First attempt to collect the returned product is Free of charge. Subsequent, collection attempts after the first failed collection will be charged at 20 AED each.
